Project Description:
This project involved Electrical & Mechanical Design for remodeling & upgrade of an old existing five story Apartment of 10,000 SF.
Because of the outdated design and marginal quality, vigilant and professional planning ensured the professional outcome and project’s success.

• Power design of new building
• Additional power of New building
• Fire Alarm system
• Access Control system
• CCTV system
• Plumbing & Drainage system

Role:
Before starting the design activity, MEEE engaged in a hands-on field study of the current conditions of the location. Based on the field studies, the design team specified the basis of the design approach for most feasible yet reliable approach.
We completed Electrical & Mechanical analysis and design calculations based on the Architecture plan set and configurations.

Challenges:
The main challenge encountered in this project was mitigating the conflicts of new building material and design requirements and the existing site conditions which was taken care successfully with comprehensive solution and supervision of MEEE design team.
