A beautiful restaurant in Pacifica, CA 94044; The client wanted to replace 160 sqf deck (E) with 420 sqf deck (N) and stairs.
MEEE was tasked to design Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) portion of the whole job. Since it was a vast replacement, almost everything should be designed from scratch.
We performed the work in accordance to the 2019 CA Residential Code (CRC) and 2019 CA Building Code (CBC).
