This is a single-story building with lot size 30056 sf and floor area 2953 sf located in 16022 Summer Sage Rd., Poway, CA 92064. There were some wood rot problems in the existing roof elements, so we had to redesign these elements and then design a new roof structure there the existing part in the joining points carry the load.
