Parmela Foods is one of the most popular bakeries in Northern CA. MEEE was assigned to provide architectural drafting and MEP design for remodeling the bakery after 5 years.

After a few discovery meetings with the clients, we came to an agreement for the main layout of the bakery. We considered all the client’s requirements. Our design teams adapted it with the county’s codes and standards.

The client asked for the least changes in the existing layouts of the water, electrical and mechanical equipment. Our MEP design team prepared the below plans and completed the full set of construction design documents in order to get permits from the city. It was achieved in close coordination with the architectural team of the project.
